I’ve been talking & thinking about how everyone needs to be eating more locally produced foods for a while now. I’m just concerned because I live in such a middle-of-nowhere area… eating locally for me means eating pinecones and giant moths. ….Sigh.

Mmmmm ….. there should definitely be more food based articles on Matador. I LOVE shopping at farmers markets and eating locally ( within reason …. I’m not a nut about it ),

Thanks for the resources. I felt really lucky to be living in an area with access to so many regular farmer’s markets after doing a bit of travel around the rest of the U.S. It isn’t always easy to get your hands on fresh, local produce!
