I’m with Jared—what’s one more? If airlines get on board, I’ll be the first one. Fuck it. That’s what ankles are for—accumulating crap tattoos. And you could always get it covered. I’m in.

I would be more inclined to get a tattoo of something to receive free benefits if instead of the logo I could choose a more creative way to display it (ie: a train going through the alps.) But they really should pay for the tattoo as well. I don’t know where he gets his tattoos, but mine cost way more than two Eurail Passes.

Being nearly 20, about to study abroad in Europe for a year and having tattoos with the plans for getting more, giving up a few inches of space for a tattoo wouldn’t be all that big deal with the amount of money it would save me. I’m not saying I’d jump the gun and go get it tattooed tomorrow, but I’d think about it for sure.

It’d be a cool story if nothing else. Plus, look at that picture, you really think one tattoo amongst the probably 30+ he has is going to be that big of a difference, think again.

It would honestly depend on the deal they give me. Am with XtremXpert. I’m not getting a tattoo for life for just one trip. But then again if it was the orient express, I’d do it.

Yes, I might think about a tat to advertise, however they would have to be creative to dodge the wrinkles, fat rolls and liver spots. I agree with the comment that a tat is forever so the desired resulting payment of a paid stay, trip, etc. should be for life.

I agree with Candice. If it were free travel on a certain airline or rail company, or at a certain brand of hotel, etc. FOR LIFE, I would consider doing it. For a one-time pass, no way.

This has actually been going on for quite some time now with a lot of corporations.. theres actually an ad agency specifically designed for this, with over 4500 willing participants.. the companies choose the participant and pay them to get inked (as an advertising major, its a pretty cool concept, if you ask me, but i would never do it) You can get 30 day temporary tats or permanent ones..
