So the bold, White Cheese Flavor 95213 plays with the oak tannins in the light white? I have to confess total wine ignorance despite two years in France and French DOM-TOM's. I think I've always been prejudiced against it because of the lack of a snack factor. I must have snacks with my alcohol. And there's nothing better than beer snacks--bring on the chips (sour cream n' onion or ultra-cheesy being the ultimate) the fried goodness, the peanuts (Mexican garlic-chile ones topping the list.)
